HanbitSoft, Inc. (hereinafter referred to as “HanbitSoft”, the “Company”, “we”, our”, “us”) provide this website, http://www.t3fun.com (“the “Site”) and all Site-related services and products, contents, including, without limitation, massively multiplayer online role-playing and multiplayer online casual games (Collectively, the “Service”) solely for playing purposes.
By registering on the Service, you (or the “User”) will open an account with Hanbitsoft(hereinafter the “Hanbitsoft”) in Korea. Your data will be stored in Korea. Though Hanbitsoft may share your data with its affiliates in countries with varying personal data protection laws, your data is always protected by our Privacy Policy. 1. General data of visitors of the Site

3.1. 4. Combination of User Information and Business Transfers
4.1. For optimizing our Services and for the purposes mentioned in the articles 1, 2 and 3 of this Privacy Policy, we are entitled to combine your User Information with other information provided to us. 4.2. User Information is the business property of HanbitSoft and will become part of our business records. We may disclose some or all of the User Information to a third party if we decide to sell a line of business to that third party, so you can continue to receive service and information in connection with that line of business. In the event of a merger, acquisition, reorganization, bankruptcy, business transfer or other similar event, the User Information may be transferred to the successor or assign of HanbitSoft.
5. Miscellaneous
5.1. We reserve the right to amend our Privacy Policy. Amendments will be effective as of the moment of publication on the Site. You should check the Site regularly for amendments. 5.2. If we make any material changes in how we collect, use, or share your personal information, we will notify you by sending you an e-mail at the last e-mail address that you provided us, or by prominently posting notice of the changes on our sites. Any material changes to this Privacy Policy will be effective 30 days following our dispatch of an e-mail notice to you or 30 days following our posting of notice of the changes on our sites. 5.3. Internet is a global environment and using the internet necessarily involves the collection and processing of personal data on an international basis. Therefore, by using the Service you acknowledge and agree to our processing of personal data in this way. 5.4. This Privacy Policy shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea and submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in the Republic of Korea.
