[AIKA] Transfer Issue "Gala-net wrong password"

Notice to all who are having transfer issues,

 

We are fully aware that there are still some users who are having issues transferring their account ("Gala-net wrong password error") despite already changing their respective gPotato account's password and waiting for the maintenance of the week to end.

 

With this, we would like to require these users to send the following information to our support mail (aika.t3fun.com):

Does your gPotato password have keyboard symbols(E.g. !,@,#,$ etc.)? (Y/N)
